Roku TV expands with Sharp Roku TV models in the US and new brands in Mexico

(Nasdaq: ROKU) today announced that for the second year in a row, the Roku® The operating system (OS) was the # 1 smart TV operating system sold in the United States according to NPD’s Weekly Retail Sales Tracking Service, based on data available from January 3, 2021 to January 4, 2021. Additionally, Roku announced a partnership with Sharp to bring Sharp Roku TV ™ models to customers in the United States. Sharp is leveraging Roku TV’s hardware benchmark design and award-winning Roku operating system to deliver a model series of HD and 4K TVs in 2022.

Sharp Roku TV models will be integrated with Roku OS, offering a customizable home screen, compatibility with all three major voice ecosystems, and access to thousands of channels, including over 200 live TV channels.
