“We understand the uncertainty these changes will introduce for our boat owners, which is why we are working with them to make their transition as painless as possible. We are offering all boat owners four months to prepare for their next move. , while offering to waive their rental fees in the meantime. KPIX says 11 out of 14 residents have accepted the $10,000 and the deadline for acceptance has been extended to July 31.
