The property developer Element Industrial announced Monday, September 13 the start of a new logistics project in Braila, in eastern Romania. The total investment in ELI Park Braila exceeds 25 million euros.
The logistics park is located on 11 hectares of land in the Zona Libera Braila area. It will be developed in three phases and will have a gross leasable area of 50,000 m².
“We recently received the building permit for the first phase of 10,000m², a great option for distribution, production or logistics, with direct access to E584,” said Andrei Jerca, Managing Director of Element Industrial .
“Braila has all the assets that a company needs: positioning at the road-naval crossroads, workforce, openness offered by the bridge over the Danube and, last but not least, local communities which do everything possible to attract investors in the territory, ”he added.
The concept of Braila is flexible, adapted to the demand of the region. Minimum rental units start from 850 m², each served by a dock and drive-in, office space and dedicated parking lots.
Element Industrial is one of the most active Romanian developers in the logistics market. It works on a series of projects under the ELI Parks brand, logistics parks with an area of between 50 and 60,000 m², in Bucharest, Bacau, Braila or Ploiesti, as well as smaller warehouses, grouped under the name ELI Xpress in cities such as Bucharest or Pitesti.
