26.03.21: 23.05.21

Showcasing the best new and emerging Indigenous artists from remote, regional and metropolitan Western Australia, ‘Revealed 2021‘will feature works of art, including paintings, installations, textiles, photographs, print media, videos, jewelry, sculptures and sculptures.

Home to more than 100 emerging Indigenous artists, the galleries of the Fremantle Arts Center will be teeming with contemporary works, fresh from the studios of WA Indigenous Art Centers and independent artists.

The exhibition will open on Friday March 26 with a special performance by the Red Sand Beat Band, which comes from the lands of Ngaanyatjarra. Their relaxed reggae desert rhythms and lyrics tell stories of their country, their daily life and the strength of their culture.

Revealed‘is an annual exhibition – sadly canceled last year – that provides an important platform for emerging Indigenous artists in Western Australia to connect with new audiences. Go ahead and immerse yourself in Indigenous culture and art and support the next generation of artists. All works in the exhibition are for sale.

And, for those who are not in WA, the ‘WA Aboriginal art market revealed‘returns in 2021 as an online event from Monday March 29 through Thu April 1. Visit the link below for more details and to register for first market access.
