Fireside Financial has purchased Tri-County Storage, located at 6463 Center Grove Road in Edwardsville. It was built in phases between 1984 and 1996 and contains 579 storage units and 88 parking spaces.
Tri-County Storage joins Variety Storage, owned by Fireside, located in Glen Carbon. Tri-County Storage will be managed by Simply Self-Storage.
Planned improvements to the site include driveway work, LED lighting updates, building repairs and painting.
